Glossary
Growler
A refillable jug, typically one to two litres, filled from a tap for drinking at home within a day or two.
Convenient and poorly suited to keeping. Unless filled under counter-pressure, a growler picks up oxygen and loses carbonation quickly, and once opened it is finished the same day.
