Batch sparging — Drain the mash fully, add a measured volume of rinse water, stir and drain again — trading a few points of efficiency for simplicity and speed.
Simpler and faster than fly sparging, and forgiving of imprecise equipment, which is why it is common in homebrewing. Efficiency is a few points lower, which is easily corrected with a little more grain.
